Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillets, sliced into strips

Instructions

1. Season the Chicken

Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.

2. Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Sauté Onion and Garlic
