Life is extremely tough for a dog forced to live on the streets. Without food nor a roof over their head, these helpless creatures are desperately trying to seek shelter where ever they can. This tiny puppy was living around a gas station, begging for scratches and hoping one day someone will eventually offer her a home. A real one! Thankfully, her story has a happy ending!
Images and footages of a very friendly dog who has been greeting everyone at this gas station in Ukraine, with a big smile and her tail wagging, emerged online and they got the attention of some very kind people whose mission is to help as many helpless animals as possible – Love Furry Friends.
After watching the videos, the founder of the group – an angel who declares herself a true “dog lover, ready do anything to help an animal in need,” jumped into the car and went straight there to rescue the puppy!
Once she got there, she learned from the workers at the gas station the dog is a stray and she spend her time around the parking lot. So it was clear for the rescuer that this hopeless dog needs help. Soon as the woman approached the dog, she just happily greeted her. It was love at first sight.
Once rescued, the dog was taken to a vet as she didn’t seem to be in the best medical condition. It wasn’t something serious though, and after a short visit at the groomer, the dog they named Linda stepped inside a home for probably the very first time in her life, where she was properly fed.
Linda, assumed to be about two-year-old, quickly adapted to her new lifestyle and she looks happier than ever. She will stay with her rescuer for a while, until the kind woman will find some loving parents willing to welcome Linda in their lives!
