Whenever someone gets pulled over by a police officer, they probably don’t expect to receive anything else but a ticket. Still, it happened to a young man in Plano, Texas. Hayden Carlo was pulled over for having an expired registration sticker. The 25-year-old apologized for his mistake, but explained that he and his wife were struggling financially. ‘It was either feed my kids or get this registration done,’ he said. The cop gave him a citation, but inside was an unexpected gift. The young man was shocked to discover a $100 dollar bill folded inside the citation! Amazing!
