A Maine State Police trooper has saved a man from a heroin overdose after during a traffic stop and you can see the entire moment in this video taken by the trooper’s dashboard camera. The policeman had pulled the man over because he was speeding on a busy highway. At first the man acted normal, but when trooper Doug Cropper returned to his cat holding the ticket, he noticed he had stopped breathing and was turning blue. Cropper immediately started performing CPR. An emergency room nurse who was driving by stopped to help. Together they managed to bring the man back to life. Amazing!
