One tequila, two tequila, three tequila…Poof, you’re skinny now! A new study established there is a direct connection between drinking tequila and losing weight, and life is wonderful again. Drinking alcohol is often associated with weight gain, but apparently the plant that makes tequila is really good for you, as it keeps the stomach full and can help lower your blood sugar. Agave, that is the plant’s name by the way, contains sugars that are non-digestible, so they won’t raise your blood sugar. I don’t know about you, but that’s all facts I need. Margaritas, anyone?
