Some think that having a muscular body requires good genes. I’ve heard that excuse over and over again. Fitness is like marriage: you can’t cheat and expect it to work. If you really put in the work, you can achieve amazing result. No need to take my word for it. Just look at this guy. Growing up, Martyn Ford was considered a geeky, skinny guy, but he managed to transform his body in the name of fitness. He followed his passion for bodybuilding and fitness and now weighs an astonishing 323lbs. I think it’s safe to say no one calls him a geek anymore.
