Apparently, the young man in the image was struggling with his tie when an older woman approached him and asked if he knows how to tie it properly. The man responded “No ma’am”. At that point, the woman turned to her husband and said “Come here and teach this young man how to tie his tie.” So the man gave him a step-by-step tutorial and watched him repeat the process until he was sure he had it.
