Dogs are afraid of thunder, so leaving a dog out in the storm is animal cruelty. There’s simply no excuse for doing this to another living creature. The video below shows a dog tied up to a tree during a horrendous storm. That image is simply outrageous. Luckily, there are still some good people out there. Like this woman who went out into the rain to save the poor dog. While it’s lovely to see that there are still some nice, kind people in the world, I really hope that whoever left that dog in the rain pays for his actions.
