If you ask me, firefighters don’t get as much credit as they deserve. Their job is to put their own lives at risk to save others, and they have to go through extensive training to ensure they will be able to react fast and do their job well in circumstances that push human limits to the maximum.
They have to be prepared to intervene in situations that are extremely dangerous, always keeping in mind that an extra second could make the difference between life and death.
That being said, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that speed is such a huge part of firefighter’s training. They are taught how to perform the required maneuvers as fast as possible because they will most likely have to deal with situations where every second matters.
As a result, firefighters are always in good shape and can execute complicated maneuverers fast. But the firefighter in the video below takes things to a whole new level. You won’t believe how fast he is able to climb up a ladder.
