Summer is here, and so is the heat that comes along with it. If you live in an area where summers get particularly hot, then you’ve probably already invested a considerable amount of money into all kinds of gadgets and devices to help you stay cool. Air conditioning, kiddie pools, that kind of stuff.
It’s not always easy to beat the summer heat, but animals have it a lot harder. It’s not like they can walk into a store and buy an ice cream or get a membership to attend a nearby pool. So they really have to get creative when it comes to staying cool.
The horse in the video below named Duke has taken advantage of the fact that his owners just bought a kiddie pool and used it to cool off. The horse first takes a sip of the water in the pool before plunging into it. Then, a splashing festival begins and the horse clearly enjoys cooling off in the pool. The horse’s reaction is totally priceless!
His owners were right there and were able to get the entire moment on video. Take a look and don’t forget to share!
Horse sees a kiddie pool, but WATCH what the camera catches next!
