An adorable baby moose got herself in trouble, after she ventured in a residential area in British Columbia, Canada. The animal attempted to jump over a wooden fence, but she got stuck. Thankfully, a few locals spotted the struggling moose and rushed to rescue her. The moment was caught on video!
The poor animal found herself unable to move, after she failed on climbing over a gate. With her front hooves stuck in between the gate’s wood panels, the baby moose couldn’t help, but wait for someone to free her. Fortunately, it didn’t take too long, until someone noticed her, and rushed to help her.
The Good Samaritans carefully approached the scared animal, and using an ax, they started to break the wooden panels around her hooves, in order to set her free. The hapless animal kept her cool along the way, and that made the things easier. The men eventually managed to free the moose, and after that she remained with them a few moments, before loosing her way back in the wilderness.
“Somehow the words ‘there’s a moose stuck in your fence’ doesn’t register on the brain the way you might think,” the video caption reads. “You get around the corner to see two hooves sticking out of the fence … and on the other side, the longest, distressed little face, with the biggest brown eyes ever seen.”
