Birds are less common pets mainly because they are very hard to tame. This is why the video below is so amazing. In it, a guy fills his hands with water to create a bathtub for his little bird pet. It’s not exactly known why birds take baths but apparently it has something to do with feather maintenance. However, the fact that this bird bath in his owner’s hands is a peculiar display of trust. I’m not a bird expert, so to me this is just an adorable bird relaxing in the hands of his kind master. And somehow it’s enough.
